Do I really want to know why this guy has blood all over his truck? Once again, this is not abnormal in the SC.

My guesses:
1. killed a guy, put him in the truck
2. hit a deer, put it in the trunk to take home for his dog to chew on
3. was parked in a parking lot, hanging out, got in a fight, bloody nose all over the truck
That's all I've got.
